Yes, a DPA for our services is incorporated into our terms of use

We value our partners and intend to help them in their obligations to their users under GDPR as specified in our DPA. Additionally, our privacy policy describes options consumers have for managing their data and opt-out choices.

Q: Do you involve sub-processors to process user data?

Yes, and we have sub-processor agreements in place with our providers.

Q: What technical and organizational measures do you have in place to secure user data?

Holisticads has policies and measures in place for Data Security, Breach Notification and Security Training. An overview of Holisticads security policies and measure may be obtained under NDA in certain cases.
